This baby is a very welcome Female calf. Waribe her mother was also born here on Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary so she is pure Ugandan and we are very proud.
Anywar has been named by Rhino Fund Uganda in honor of their FOUNDER MEMBER Jane Adong Anywar who sadly passed on 10th December 2019.

This young lady has already captured the hearts of the rangers that monitor her. She runs a lot and is very quick.
